Pricing
Give your school or trust greater certainty over transport costs.
We agree a pricing arrangement based on your journeys, vehicle requirements and participating schools, with rates fixed for an academic year. The services covered and the dates the rates apply are set out clearly at the start.
Longer arrangements can also be discussed. Journeys or requirements outside your agreed pricing schedule are quoted separately.
Portal access
Different members of staff need different information.
A school office may need to request a journey and check its booking status. A trust finance team may need an overview of invoices and transport activity across several academies.
The Liberty portal supports school and trust accounts, with access linked to the relevant organisations. Authorised users can request journeys, view bookings and access the information available to their account.
Trust-level users can see the schools linked to their account and review their transport activity together.
Invoicing
Tell us how your finance team needs transport to be organised.
We can discuss invoicing at individual-school level or consolidated invoicing where agreed, alongside the school names, references and purchase-order information required for your process.
The approach is agreed when the account is set up, so school staff and the central team understand how bookings and invoices will be handled.
Vehicles
Your requirements may range from a small group travelling locally to several classes heading away on a residential.
Liberty offers a choice of taxis, minibuses, buses and coaches. We will discuss which vehicle type suits the passenger numbers, journey, luggage and accessibility requirements.
A partnership can include regular transport alongside occasional bookings. Each journey remains subject to the agreed arrangements, availability and booking confirmation.
Planning
The more we understand about your schools and journeys, the better we can discuss the practical arrangements.
That includes collection points, access restrictions, accompanying adults, luggage, equipment, arrival deadlines and the right school contact for the day.
Tell us about accessibility or additional assistance requirements at the enquiry stage so these can be considered before a vehicle is confirmed.
Your team can also discuss safeguarding information and the supporting documents needed for its transport arrangements.
Getting started

Review pricing, booking procedures, account access and invoicing. Any ongoing commitments and the terms of the arrangement are agreed before you proceed.
Once your account is activated, authorised staff can use the portal to request transport and review their account activity, with the Liberty team as their point of contact.
