About Liberty Coaches School Partners
Liberty Coaches School Partners is operated by Liberty Coaches NE Ltd. It brings school transport enquiries and ongoing account arrangements together through one team and an online school and trust portal.
Direct transport support
A Liberty transport offering for schools and trusts
This is Liberty Coaches School Partners, not a multiple-operator quote comparison marketplace. Schools can make a one-off enquiry or discuss an ongoing relationship with account access.
The focus is schools and academy trusts across the North East, with destinations discussed as part of each enquiry.
Ongoing accounts
Discuss school or trust arrangements where transport is booked regularly.
Trust visibility
Linked organisations can be discussed for trusts that need a wider view.
Portal access
Approved organisations can use the online account area for journeys and account information.
For schools and trusts
Individual journeys and ongoing arrangements
Some schools need a quote for a single visit. Others want regular transport, an account structure, agreed pricing and a clearer way for authorised staff to make requests.
Academy trusts can discuss school-level access with linked visibility for the central team, so participating schools can manage their own requirements without losing the wider view.

The vehicle, safety information and account arrangement should be understood before a journey is confirmed. The team can talk through what your school needs.
